Los Angeles Clippers guard and Reigning Sixth Man of the Year Lou Williams hinted on Twitter that he would be releasing an album next month.
Dropping heat on the court, and now dropping heat off it, the Los Angeles Clippers’ Lou Williams is set to release his new album next month after coming out with “The Album That Never Was” last year.
At least one player on the team got the chance to hear it and that was second-year Guard Sindarius Thornwell.
If you haven’t had the chance too, I definitely recommend listening to Lou’s album from last year. Personal favorites from the album include the songs, “Mean It”, “No Problems” and “Up”.
In the car, working out or wherever you may be, all of Clipper Nation needs to support Lou’s next project as well as other Clippers on team who are starting their own Web series (looking at you Bobi and Tobi).
Don’t worry fans, Lou is not solely focused on his off-season adventures but also making sure his body is right for the upcoming season, take a look:
Many big name rap artists/groups (Drake, J.Cole, Migos, etc.) released their albums earlier this year, as now it is time for the best one to drop his in Lou Will.
Williams has been involved in the rap game the last couple of years as Drake came out with the song “6 Man” on his album “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late”.
Drake has a line that mentions the current Clipper that goes “Like I’m Lou Will, I just got the new deal”, which is funny because he won the 6 Man of the Year award and recently signed a 3-Year Extension with the Clips.
Lou also shared his feelings for the Toronto Raptors trading DeMar DeRozan for Kawhi Leonard recently.
Lou and DeMar are very close buddies on and off the court as you can tell by his response to this question on Twitter.
We cannot wait for Lou’s album to release and we hope all of you guys could support our guy and take a listen.
Be sure to keep up with all the latest Clipper news as we look forward to the start of a new season here at Clipperholics!
